BizXtract (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website and the BizXtract desktop software. By accessing the site, downloading the software, using the free tier, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. Contact: bizxtract@gmail.com.
1. The Service
BizXtract is a desktop application for Windows (macOS forthcoming) that helps users discover business listings from map search workflows and optionally enrich public website contact details. This website provides product information, downloads, free-tier and license services, and checkout.
2. Accounts, licenses, and free tier
Paid access is delivered as a time-limited license key after purchase. Keys are for your use, non-transferable except as we allow in writing, and may be bound to device identity for activation and anti-abuse. The free tier is limited to five crawls per day, three search terms per upload, and twenty results per term, and may change. Exceeding free limits requires a valid paid license.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use BizXtract and any data you collect or export. You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of third-party services (including Google Maps and business websites). BizXtract is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Do not misuse the product to spam, harass, circumvent technical limits, share license keys, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Payments
License purchases are processed by Paddle. Prices and durations are shown on the pricing page. Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Software notices
Until Microsoft publisher certification is complete, Windows SmartScreen may display an unfamiliar-publisher notice. That notice does not mean the software from our official download page contains harmful content. You should only install builds obtained from our official site.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that extracted data will be complete for every listing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizXtract’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim (or zero for free-tier use).
7. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. You may stop using the software at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of BizXtract. Disputes should first be raised by email to bizxtract@gmail.com.
